WOVA-TV, virtual and VHF digital channel 3, is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Steubenville, Ohio, United States, which also serves Wheeling, West Virginia. The station is owned by Gray Television.
The station signed-on the air on May 16, 1955. The station originally operated as an independent television station, but on September 3, 1956, it became an ABC affiliate, which has remained as such since then.
