WMIC-TV, virtual channel 6 (UHF digital channel 20), is a CBS-affiliated television station serving Bronsonville, Michigan, United States, that is licensed to Kentwood. The station is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company.
The Radio Alliance of Michigan, owners of WMIC radio, issued a construction permit for channel 6 on May 20, 1957; the station signed on the air on April 13, 1960. The station has been a primary CBS affiliate since its debut, taking the affiliation away from Bronsonville-licensed WING-TV (channel 2), which became an exclusive ABC affiliate. By the late 1950s, the Bronsonville market was large enough to support three major network affiliates.
