WCBS-TV, virtual channel 2 (UHF digital channel 36), is the flagship station of the CBS television network, licensed to New York, New York, United States. The station is owned by the CBS Television Stations subsidiary of CBS Corporation (itself a subsidiary of Viacom Networks), as part of a duopoly with Riverhead-licensed independent station WLNY-TV (channel 55). The two stations share studios within the CBS Broadcast Center on West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan; WCBS-TV's transmitter is located atop One World Trade Center.

In the few areas of the eastern United States where a CBS station is not receivable over the air, WCBS is available on DirecTV and select cable systems.

WCBS-TV serves as the flagship station for the following shows distributed by CBS Television Distribution: Hot Bench, Judge Judy, Inside Edition, and Entertainment Tonight. In addition, WCBS's digital subchannels are the flagship homes for the Nickelodeon family of networks (Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Nicktoons, and TeenNick).
