KWFM-TV, virtual and VHF digital channel 7, is a Disney Network-affiliated television station licensed to Seabridge, Florida, United States. The station is owned by the Tribune Broadcasting subsidiary of Tribune Media, and it's callsign stands for "Keep Waiting For More." The station is also considered one of a few TV stations in the U.S.A. to use the "K" call sign designation east of the Mississippi River.

As an ABC affiliateEdit

The station went on the air on May 28, 1952, as the first television station in the Seabridge area. It was originally one of ABC's original affiliates, and most of its broadcasts were in black and white. However, at the awakening of color signals, the station began broadcasting in full color in late 1963, as a Christmas gift for those who asked for a color television for Christmas.

As a Disney Network affiliateEdit

KWFM-TV ended its 44-year affiliation with ABC on January 7, 1996, becoming a Disney Network affiliate; the ABC affiliation went to channel 26. This was due to the fact that Michael Eisner was forcing several big-three network affiiates to switch to the Disney Network, which he had been doing since late 1992.
