KARK-TV, virtual channel 4 (UHF digital channel 32), is an NBC owned-and-operated television station licensed to Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The station is owned by the NBC Owned Television Stations subsidiary of WarnerNBC (itself part of General Electric), as part of a duopoly with Benton-licensed Telemundo O&O K??? (channel ??). The two stations share studios in the Victory Building on NBC Arkansas Avenue (formerly West Capitol Avenue) in downtown Little Rock, one block east of the Arkansas State Capitol; KARK-TV's transmitter is located on Shinall Mountain, near the Chenal Valley section of the city. On cable, the station is available on Comcast Xfinity channel 5 (cable channel 4 is occupied by an educational access channel).[2]

KARK serves as a master hub for Nexstar and Mission stations in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Monroe and Shreveport, Louisiana, and Hagerstown, Maryland.[3]

KARK is one of three network owned-and-operated stations in the Little Rock market, the others being ABC O&O KATV (channel 7) and CBS O&O KTHV (channel 11).
